NanoGames Terms and Conditions —
Pakistan Players Guide

By accessing NanoGames or using any part of our platform — including registering, depositing, placing bets, or claiming bonuses — you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to be legally bound by them. Your continued use of NanoGames following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms form the entire agreement between you and NanoGames regarding your use of the platform. Any previous understandings, representations, or agreements — verbal or written — are superseded by these Terms. NanoGames reserves the right to enforce these Terms at all times.

To register and use NanoGames, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. NanoGames strictly enforces this requirement and will request identity verification documents from any account suspected of being operated by a minor.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, automated systems, and bots are not permitted to register accounts.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full name, date of birth, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. False information provided during registration is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended NanoGames account. One account per person is strictly enforced.

NanoGames reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documents may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals until verification is complete.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your NanoGames account. This includes keeping your login credentials confidential and ensuring that no other person accesses your account. NanoGames will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain the security of your login details.

If you suspect that someone else has accessed your account without your permission, you must contact NanoGames support immediately at support@nanogames.click. We will investigate and take appropriate action including temporarily locking the account pending verification.

Account ownership is non-transferable. You may not sell, gift, or assign your NanoGames account or any credit within it to any other person. Accounts found to be used by a person other than the registered account holder will be closed and balances forfeited.

NanoGames processes all deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversion fees. Supported payment methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards.

Deposit terms:

• Minimum deposit: Rs 200
• Maximum deposit per transaction: subject to your chosen payment method's limits
• Deposits are credited to your NanoGames wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider
• NanoGames charges no fee on deposits

Withdrawal terms:

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500
• Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash from verified accounts are processed within three minutes during normal operating hours
• IBFT bank transfers are processed within one to two business hours
• Withdrawals above Rs 25,000 require identity verification before processing. Verification is completed once and applies to all future withdrawals
• Withdrawals will only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the NanoGames account
• NanoGames reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal at its discretion

Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been completed. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before wagering completion will result in the bonus being cancelled. Only real-money funds are withdrawable at any time.

NanoGames offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All promotions are subject to specific terms that are published on the Promotions page. The general bonus terms set out below apply to all NanoGames promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

General bonus rules:

• Bonuses are available only to players who have registered genuine accounts and agreed to these Terms
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement — the bonus amount must be wagered a specified number of times before it can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each promotion is published on the Promotions page
• On NanoGames, all products — sports betting, crash games, casino slots, and live casino — contribute equally to wagering requirements at 100%
• Bonus funds are deducted from your balance before real-money funds when placing bets, unless otherwise stated
• Bonuses have an expiry date from the time of credit. Any unwagered bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited on expiry
• NanoGames reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any promotion at any time
• Players found to be abusing the bonus system — including through multiple accounts, coordinated wagering, or low-risk strategies that exploit bonus terms — will have their bonuses cancelled and their accounts reviewed

All bets placed on NanoGames are final once confirmed. NanoGames uses certified random number generators (RNG) for all casino games. Crash games use provably fair algorithms that can be independently verified by players after each round. Sports betting odds are set by NanoGames and are correct at the time of display, subject to change before a bet is accepted.

General betting rules:

• Minimum stake per bet: Rs 10
• Maximum stake and payout limits vary by game and market — displayed at point of bet placement
• NanoGames reserves the right to void bets placed on incorrect odds resulting from a clear error
• In the event of a system error during a game round, affected rounds may be voided and stakes returned at NanoGames' discretion
• NanoGames is not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of a player's decision to bet based on incorrect information from any source other than the platform itself
• Cash-out features on sports bets are available where displayed. Cash-out values are calculated in real time and may change rapidly during live events

For crash games specifically: rounds are determined by a provably fair algorithm before they begin. No game on NanoGames is pre-loaded with a predetermined outcome that disadvantages players beyond the published house edge. The published RTP for all crash games on NanoGames is 97% or above.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on NanoGames and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balance, and may be referred to law enforcement where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or registering in the name of another person
• Using bots, automated software, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets, play games, or interact with NanoGames in any way
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the platform — including crash games, slots, or the betting engine
• Coordinating with other players to manipulate game or bet outcomes
• Using NanoGames for any form of money laundering, fraud, or criminal activity
• Charging back deposits through a payment provider after the funds have been used to place bets
• Providing false or misleading identity information at any stage of registration or verification
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited

NanoGames is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all areas of its platform. We believe that online gaming should be an enjoyable activity, not a source of financial or personal harm. As a NanoGames player in Pakistan, you have access to the following tools through your account settings at any time:

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit
• Session time limits — receive automatic reminders or forced log-outs after a set gaming session length
• Loss limits — cap the maximum amount you can lose in a day, week, or month
• Cool-off period — temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days
• Self-exclusion — permanently close your account and request to be blocked from re-registering

NanoGames will not market promotions or bonuses to players who have self-excluded or set active cool-off periods. NanoGames collects personal data from players for the following purposes: account creation and management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance. The types of data we collect include your name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, email address, payment method identifiers, and betting and gaming activity.

NanoGames does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with regulated payment providers, identity verification services, and regulatory authorities where legally required. All data is stored securely and protected by SSL encryption.

You have the right to request access to the data NanoGames holds about you, to request corrections, and to request deletion of your data subject to regulatory retention requirements. NanoGames provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain uptime and system reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. NanoGames is not liable for any losses — financial or otherwise — arising from:

• Technical failures, downtime, or errors on the platform outside NanoGames' reasonable control
• Losses resulting from a player's own betting or gaming decisions
• Losses resulting from reliance on incorrect odds or information that was not provided directly by NanoGames
• Unauthorised access to a player's account arising from the player's failure to maintain login security
• Delays caused by third-party payment providers

NanoGames' maximum liability to any player in respect of any claim or series of related claims is limited to the value of the player's current deposited balance at the time the issue arose. NanoGames is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses of any kind.

NanoGames reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be posted at nanogames.click/terms-conditions with a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of the page. Players will be notified of material changes via email or a notice displayed within the platform at login.

Your continued use of NanoGames after an update to these Terms is published constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account and arrange any applicable withdrawal of your balance.

NanoGames will not make changes to these Terms that retroactively disadvantage completed transactions or already-accepted bets. Changes to bonus terms will apply only to bonuses claimed after the date of the update.

Formal complaints should be submitted in writing to support@nanogames.click with the subject line "Formal Complaint — [your account username]". NanoGames will acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and provide a full response within five business days.
