Data retention periods:

• Account data — retained for the duration of your account plus five years after account closure, as required for regulatory compliance

• Support communications — retained for three years

After these periods have elapsed, NanoGames securely deletes or anonymises the relevant data. You may request early deletion of data that is not subject to a mandatory retention requirement — see Section 08 for details.

NanoGames is strictly an adults-only platform. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 18. Registration requires confirmation that you are 18 or older, and NanoGames uses electronic age verification at registration and documentary verification for higher-value accounts.

If NanoGames becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 18 years of age, we will immediately close the account, refund any deposits made, and permanently delete all data associated with that account from our systems.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has registered on NanoGames, please contact us immediately at support@nanogames.click. We will act within 24 hours of receiving such a notification.

NanoGames reviews and updates this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or regulatory requirements. When changes are made, the revised policy is published at nanogames.click/privacy-policy with an updated "Last Updated" date at the top.

Where changes are material — meaning they affect how your data is processed in a way that matters to you — NanoGames will notify you by email and/or by displaying a notice in your account dashboard at next login. Your continued use of NanoGames after a material policy update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

If you do not agree with an update, you may close your account by contacting support. Any data held about you will be retained only for the minimum period required under applicable regulatory obligations.

NanoGames will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within five working days.
