No. NanoGames operates a strict one-account-per-person policy. Each Pakistani player may hold only one registered account at any time. To update your registered mobile number or email address, log in to your NanoGames account, go to Account Settings → Personal Details. You will be asked to verify ownership of the new contact before the change is saved. For security, NanoGames also sends a confirmation to the old contact when a change is made. If you no longer have access to your original mobile number, contact support at support@nanogames.click with your CNIC information to verify your identity before the change is processed.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification on NanoGames is required for withdrawals above Rs 25,000 or when requested by our compliance team. To complete verification: log in, go to Account Settings → Verify Identity, and upload a clear photo of your Pakistani CNIC (front and back). Verification is normally completed within one to two hours during business hours. Once verified, all subsequent withdrawals above the threshold process without the extra step. NanoGames uses standard bank-level identity verification and your documents are stored securely.

To permanently close your NanoGames account, contact support via live chat or email at support@nanogames.click and request account closure. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered Pakistani payment method (Easypaisa, JazzCash, IBFT, or bank account) before closure. Note that account closure is different from self-exclusion — if you are closing your account due to gambling-related concerns, we recommend requesting self-exclusion instead, which includes additional protective measures.

If you have forgotten your NanoGames password, use the "Forgot password?" link on the Login page. Enter your registered Pakistani mobile number or email and a reset link or one-time PIN will be sent within two minutes. The reset link is valid for 15 minutes. NanoGames accepts the following payment methods for Pakistani players: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) — there are no currency conversion fees. NanoGames does not accept cryptocurrency or international wire transfers at this time. The minimum deposit on NanoGames is Rs 200, regardless of which payment method you use. To qualify for the 100% welcome bonus you need a minimum first deposit of Rs 200. To receive the maximum bonus of Rs 10,000 you need to deposit Rs 10,000. There is no upper limit on deposits for verified accounts — for unverified accounts a deposit limit may apply until KYC is completed.

Deposits via Easypaisa and JazzCash are processed instantly — funds appear in your NanoGames account within seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. This applies to both mobile wallet transfers and over-the-counter payments. NanoGames does not charge any fees for deposits. The full amount you transfer is credited to your NanoGames account in PKR. Your payment provider (Easypaisa, JazzCash, your bank, etc.) may apply their own standard transaction fees — these are outside NanoGames' control. For the most fee-efficient deposits, Easypaisa and JazzCash wallet-to-wallet transfers typically carry the lowest or zero fees for standard transactions within Pakistan.

For verified NanoGames accounts: Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals process within three minutes during normal operating hours (most of the day). NayaPay and SadaPay typically process within 5–10 minutes. IBFT bank transfers process within one to two business hours. Visa/Mastercard withdrawals take one to three business days depending on your bank. All withdrawal timings are subject to the amount being within your verified limit and no pending security reviews on your account.

The minimum withdrawal on NanoGames is Rs 500. This applies to all payment methods — Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard. The maximum withdrawal per transaction varies by payment method: Easypaisa and JazzCash have a maximum of Rs 25,000 per transaction for unverified accounts. Common reasons a NanoGames withdrawal is pending include: (1) KYC verification is outstanding for withdrawals above Rs 25,000. (2) Your account has active bonus wagering requirements that have not yet been completed. (3) A routine security review has been triggered on your account. (4) The withdrawal was submitted outside peak processing hours and is in queue. If your withdrawal has been pending for more than two hours and you have not received a communication from NanoGames, contact support via live chat with your transaction ID for a status update.

For security and anti-money-laundering compliance, NanoGames generally requires withdrawals to be returned to the same account used for deposits. To enable 2FA: log in to NanoGames, go to Account Settings → Security → Two-Factor Authentication. Select SMS-based 2FA (a one-time PIN sent to your registered Pakistani mobile number each time you log in). Confirm by entering the test PIN that is sent to your number. Once enabled, every NanoGames login from a new device will require your password plus the SMS PIN. 2FA can be disabled at any time from the same settings menu, but NanoGames recommends keeping it active for maximum account security.
